Students are able to learn basic to advanced piping skills, moving on to more elaborate techniques and intricate lace piping with panel work and extensions.
In the basic royal icing learn the techniques of piping, drop lines, shell effects, pearl lining and brush embroidery
In the intermediate course you will learn piping techniques, royal lattice work, build up icing and basic royal run outs.
For the advanced course you will build upon previous skills to create a royal iced cake, round or square, how to create run outs with detailing, and extension work.
